How event organisers can help attendees arrive connected, and earn from it
Updated November 2026
Why it works here
Everyone arrives in the same week
A conference brings hundreds of people from abroad on the same dates. One line in the joining instructions reaches all of them, at exactly the moment they are planning the trip.
Nothing to hand out at the venue
The eSIM arrives by email as a QR code. No SIM cards to order, no desk to staff, nothing left over after the event.
It fits the emails you already send
Registration confirmation, travel information, the "see you next week" email: the link sits next to the hotel and airport details.
How it works
- You get a discount code and a personal link. Attendees save money and you earn commission on every confirmed order.
- Put the link in your attendee emails, event app or website, next to travel and venue information.
- We pay monthly once the eSIMs are delivered. You see every order and what it earned in your partner area.
- Nothing is exclusive. Keep any other partners you work with.
Free to join, no sales target, nothing exclusive.
Who this is not for
Said plainly, so nobody signs up for something we cannot give them.
- Events whose attendees are mostly local: someone who has not crossed a border does not need a travel eSIM.
- Organisers who want to resell at their own price. This is a commission on our price, not wholesale.
- Anyone who needs physical SIM cards to hand out on site.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee, no target and no commitment.
Do we have to support attendees?
No. Attendees buy from us and we support them directly, including refunds.
Can we offer it for one event only?
Yes. Use the link for as long as you like and stop when the event is over.

Hotels, hostels and hosts
A guest who lands without mobile data cannot find you, cannot message you about a late arrival, and starts the stay annoyed. Giving them a discounted travel eSIM before they fly fixes the arrival and pays you a commission on every order. It costs nothing to set up, there is no stock, and nothing has to be handed over at the desk.
Clinics and medical travel
A patient flying in for treatment needs to reach you from the airport, send documents before they arrive and call home afterwards. Mobile data is the one thing that makes all three possible, and it is usually the thing nobody arranged. Offering it before the flight removes a real anxiety and earns the clinic a commission.
Travel agencies and tour operators
You already sell flights, transfers, insurance and excursions. Mobile data is the one thing every traveller needs, that almost nobody arranges, and that costs them the most when they get it wrong. It adds a margin per booking with no stock, no supplier account and no operational work.
Travel creators
Your audience already asks which eSIM you use. The risk in answering is that you recommend something that fails in a country you have never been to, and you hear about it. What you want is a plan you can describe accurately, a code that saves your audience money, and a company that refunds people properly when something goes wrong.
Schools and exchange programmes
A student arriving for a semester needs data on day one (to reach the school, find the accommodation and tell their family they landed) and usually cannot get a local SIM until they have a local address and sometimes a residence document. A travel eSIM covers exactly that gap, and the school earns on each one.
