What a clinic can offer patients travelling for treatment
Updated November 2026
Why it works here
Patients are anxious before they are customers
Someone travelling for treatment is already worried about the treatment. Landing unable to call anyone, confirm a transfer or reach the clinic makes that worse. Solving it before they board is care, not an upsell.
You are already sending a pre-arrival pack
Clinics that handle international patients send instructions, transfer details and consent forms in advance. A data plan belongs in the same email, next to the airport pickup.
Companions need it too
Most patients do not travel alone, and the person accompanying them is the one making calls, arranging things and keeping the family updated.
How it works
- A discount code for your patients and a personal link, so the saving is visibly from you.
- Add it to the pre-arrival instructions you already send, or to the coordinator's checklist.
- Commission is paid monthly on delivered orders, visible order by order in your partner area.
- We never ask your patients for identity documents. We do not sell plans that require them.
Free to join, no sales target, nothing exclusive.
Who this is not for
Said plainly, so nobody signs up for something we cannot give them.
- Clinics whose patients are almost all local. This only helps people who cross a border.
- Anyone who wants us to handle patient data. We do not want it, and our privacy policy is built on not having it.
- Clinics looking for a sponsorship or a marketing fee. This pays per order, not per placement.
Questions
Do you need any patient information?
None. The patient buys from us directly with an email address. We never see medical information, and we do not ask anyone for a passport or an identity document.
Can the clinic buy plans on the patient's behalf?
Yes. A plan can be bought as a gift and sent to them, which some clinics prefer to include rather than charge for. Ask us and we will set it up.
Is this suitable in every country?
Nearly. We cover 200+ destinations, but coverage and local rules vary, and a handful of countries are genuinely unreliable for any travel eSIM. Tell us where your patients come from and we will say plainly whether it works.

Hotels, hostels and hosts
A guest who lands without mobile data cannot find you, cannot message you about a late arrival, and starts the stay annoyed. Giving them a discounted travel eSIM before they fly fixes the arrival and pays you a commission on every order. It costs nothing to set up, there is no stock, and nothing has to be handed over at the desk.
Travel agencies and tour operators
You already sell flights, transfers, insurance and excursions. Mobile data is the one thing every traveller needs, that almost nobody arranges, and that costs them the most when they get it wrong. It adds a margin per booking with no stock, no supplier account and no operational work.
Travel creators
Your audience already asks which eSIM you use. The risk in answering is that you recommend something that fails in a country you have never been to, and you hear about it. What you want is a plan you can describe accurately, a code that saves your audience money, and a company that refunds people properly when something goes wrong.
Schools and exchange programmes
A student arriving for a semester needs data on day one (to reach the school, find the accommodation and tell their family they landed) and usually cannot get a local SIM until they have a local address and sometimes a residence document. A travel eSIM covers exactly that gap, and the school earns on each one.
Event and conference organisers
Attendees fly in for a few days and need data the moment they land: to reach the venue, find the hotel and keep up with the schedule. Offering a discounted eSIM in your registration emails solves a problem they all have, and you earn commission on every one they buy.
