How much do I get for referring a friend?
You get 10% of whatever your friend spends on their first eSIM, as store credit. If they buy a $30 plan you get $3. There is no limit to how many friends you can invite, and each one earns you credit. Rewards are capped at $10.00 per friend.
What does my friend get?
10% off their first eSIM, applied automatically when they use your link. There is no minimum order; it works on a $2 plan as well as a $50 one.
When do I receive my credit?
It appears in your account as soon as your friend's eSIM is delivered, and becomes spendable once their 30-day refund window has closed. Holding it that long is what lets us give 10% rather than a token amount.
Can I use my credit together with a discount code?
Yes. Credit is money you earned, not a discount, so it works alongside a promo code. Your friend's 10% off is a discount, so that one does not combine with a code. Only one discount applies per order.
How much of an order can credit pay for?
Up to 50% of any order. Anything left over stays in your account for next time, so credit is never lost by using it.
Does my credit expire?
It lapses after 12 months with no activity on your account. Any order, or any credit earned, starts the clock again.
Can I get the credit paid out as cash?
No. Referral rewards are store credit for Tonavira plans and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
What happens if my friend refunds their order?
The reward for that order is returned. This is the reason credit is held until the refund window closes rather than paid out straight away.
