How do I delete my account?
Account → Settings → Delete account.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. Installed eSIMs keep working until their plans end.
What we delete, the same day: your profile (name, email address, password and sign-in links), your saved preferences and the phones registered for notifications.
What we keep: orders, payments and invoices, for 7 years, because tax law requires it; they are no longer linked to an account. Support messages are kept for two years, then your name, email address and the messages are removed automatically.
